To operate properly, your body needs the macronutrients and micronutrients found in water and food. Macronutrients and micronutrients have a big impact on your body and can therefore not be neglected.

Please note that your digestive and nervous systems also have an impact on your nutritional needs.

The human body consists of several key components, namely:

  • Bone mass;

  • Muscle mass;

  • Body fat;

  • Body water;

  • Visceral fat.

Muscles are heavier than body fat. It is therefore possible to gain weight while getting a slimmer figure.

Which programme should I choose?

Several meal plans are available depending on your goals: dietary rebalancing, weight loss, building muscle, sports programme…

1. First of all, we meet each other in order to learn about your expectations, your medical history, your lifestyle and daily routine. You fill in several forms in order to give us an idea of your physical condition. Then we compile everything in an anamnesis and analyze all the measurable data. Eventually, we perform a Body Composition Analysis in order to break down the different components of your body.

 

2. Thanks to this information, we are able to set customized and reachable goals together. Your progress is monitored step by step by your nutritionist and your sports coach.

Don’t forget: each body reacts differently. Nutrition has a significant impact on your body and on your physical condition in your everyday life.
