Small Group Training

Reaching your goals is awesome but doing so together with your friends or colleagues is even better! At HealthFit, you can book group sports sessions in the Mons and Soignies areas.

Enjoy a dynamic and motivating atmosphere under your Personal Trainer’s careful watch.

Group physical activity has a lot of benefits, namely:

We offer Small Group Training for groups from 3 to 6 people. The training can occur at one of our studios, at home or outdoors.
